  • CAN I TOUCH THE BALLOONS?
    Be careful when you are near displays. Equipment can be easily damaged. Do not touch exhibited items unless you have permission from the pilot or owner. Keep your children close and let them know they should not touch anything. No smoking is allowed on the field.
  • SHOULD I BRING A CHAIR?
    If you would like to sit and enjoy many activities including music & more, please bring your own chair.
  • CAN I BRING A STROLLER OR WAGON?
    YES. STROLLERS AND WAGONS ARE ALLOWED BUT SUBJECT TO SEARCH.
  • WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?
    The Chennault Fest will complete as much of each day as possible. Notification will be given as early as possible for each day. If for some reason all 3 days are cancelled, your purchase will be considered a donation to a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit.
  • WILL THERE BE HANDICAP PARKING?
    THERE WILL BE A HANDICAP DROP OFF AREA ON THE NORTH ENTRANCE OF THE EVENT. HANDICAP PARKING BY PLAQUARD OR TAG ONLY WILL PROCEED THROUGH THE SECURED AREA AT THE CHENNAULT MUSEUM AND WILL PARK WHERE AVAILABLE AFTER DROP OFF.
  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    PLEASE DRESS COMFORTABLY. BRING SUNSCREEN IF NECESSARY. THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY.
  • HOW DO I RECEIVE THE TICKETS I PURCHASED?
    Tickets purchased online will go to your email address on file. Tickets bought online should be downloaded and printed to bring to the gate. You are welcome to also use the digital ticket that is emailed to you. Please note that ticket fees are not refundable even if the event cancels.
  • CAN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC?
    LIVE MUSIC WILL BE ON STAGE THROUGHOUT THE WEEKEND. IN RESPECT FOR THOSE PERFORMERS, WE ASK THAT YOU NOT PLAY MUSIC OUT LOUD FROM ANY DEVICES.
  • DO I HAVE TO BRING A CLEAR BAG?
    WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING A CLEAR BAG. ALL OTHER BAGS WILL BE SEARCHED AND WILL EXTEND YOUR WAIT IN LINE TO ENTER.
  • WHAT IS CHENNAULT FEST?
    Chennault Fest is an exciting event coming to Monroe for the first time in 2024! This event is a fundraiser for the General Claire Chennault Foundation and will provide loads of family fun! This event will be loaded with Hot Air Balloons, Arts and Crafts, Live Music and more! The event is Friday October 25th, Saturday October 26th and Sunday October 27th. Tickets are on sale now. Weekend and Daily Tickets are available. If weather permits a Glow Fest will happen Friday and Saturday evening. More details to come.
  • ARE CHILDREN FREE?
    Youth Ticket prices are good for ages 4-17 only. Three (3) and under are admitted free! We also offer discounts for Military and First Responders.
  • WILL THERE BE ANY SHADE?
    THERE IS NO SHADED AREAS PROVIDED. HOWEVER, YOU CAN BRING SMALL UMBRELLAS. CANOPIES AND TENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
  • WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE SHOW?
    NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND NO ANIMALS UNLESS A REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL. NO ALCOHOLIC DRINKS NO SKATEBOARDS, MOTORIZED VEHICLES, ROLLER BLADES, BICYCLES. NO DRONES OR UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS. NO LASER PENS. NO TENTS OR CANOPIES. NO SMOKING OR TOBACCO / VAPING OF ANY KIND OUTSIDE OF DESIGNATED AREAS. NO OUTSIDE OR UNAPPROVED SOLICITATION
  • CAN I BRING A COOLER?
    NO COOLERS ARE ALLOWED.
